At Hello Clio, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
